Returns Service

We do our best to make sure you are delighted when you receive any of our products. Still if you are not happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it for a refund. In the case that the received items are wrong, broken, defective, missing a part, we will proceed to the shipment of a new product as long as the incident has been notified within 24 hours after reception. In any of these cases, you must return the product you received and bear the shipping costs for the return.

To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to orders@wolfmiu.com and we will issue you with a return note for inclusion in your delivery. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

Please note: When shipping your item back, we strongly recommend that you package the item very carefully and that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. WOLF & MIU is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.


Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or modify the purchase of a product, you must notify it via email to the following address: orders@wolfmiu.com, a maximum of 2 hours after having contracted it through our electronic commerce, to have the necessary time to cancel your order. If the shipment has already been started, you must wait for its receipt for its subsequent return.

Once the cancellation is verified, the money will be returned to the account with which you made the order.

You have a period of 14  calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to make a return.

The cost of returns will always be borne by the Customer except: defective, damaged or different product from the one requested. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the one requested, the Customer must inform and send photographs by email to this address support@wolfmiu.com within 24 hours after receiving the product, considering as such, unless proven otherwise, the one indicated in the delivery document signed by him / her. If the Buyer wishes to exchange the faulty or wrong product for a different item or reference, the Buyer just covers the cost of the return, we will cover the cost of the new delivery. All exchanges or refunds will be made once we have received the damaged product and we have evaluated the damage and condition of it.

The claim for damage and total or partial loss of the content of the shipment must be made within 24 hours of receipt, unless the damage, total or partial loss is evident, in which case the claim must be made at the same time of delivery. Once the claim is formalized within the periods described, the corresponding legal actions will prescribe one year.

The items must be returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them, without showing use or damage, together with the delivery note and in their original packaging. If the product shows signs of use, damage or has been returned in a different condition than it was sent, WOLF & MIU reserves the right to accept any claim for refund of the order. You agree that we (or our appointed agents) may examine and test any product(s) that are claimed to be defective to establish whether those defects are our responsibility. 

Our products are hand-made, the same model may have different versions that may vary slightly in textures and shapes, so the product you receive may differ from the model in the image on the web. WOLF & MIU disclaims any claim related to this fact.

WOLF & MIU is not responsible for possible damages in the transport that the client contracts to make the return of the shipment. If the product arrives damaged by the carrier, we will notify the client before 24 hours so that he / she can proceed with the claims that he deems appropriate.

WOLF & MIU recognizes the CUSTOMER the right of withdrawal in the terms and deadlines recognized in Royal Legislative Decree 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other Complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in which case WOLF & MIU will reimburse the CUSTOMER the amount paid for the price and applicable taxes, to the account number indicated by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER has a maximum term to exercise the right of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, considering as such date, unless proven otherwise, the one indicated in the delivery document signed by him / her. In order to exercise this right, the CUSTOMER must send an email to support@wolfmiu.com, also sending the corresponding product. In any case, the CUSTOMER will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the aforementioned product, as well as any damage to it produced as a result of its return. Upon expiry of the Withdrawal Period, no product exchanges or returns will be accepted.

WOLF & MIU is not obliged to indemnify the CUSTOMER or third parties for the consequences of the use of the Product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to non-Product property, loss of profit, damages that arise or come from a deterioration or loss of data recorded by the final CUSTOMER.
